Advanced technology, production capacity and energy saving: the cornerstones of production DPS Solving

DPS Solving never stops looking to the future with determination, always putting the satisfaction of its customers and respect for the environment at the center of its vision.

With this spirit and in line with the 2020 investment plan, in February a series of machinery and equipment capable of increasing production strength by 30% are installed and tested in the production department, with a focus on both to individual safety and to the environment. Investments exceed € 300.000,00 and involve the entire production chain DPS Solving.

The new fully electric TOYO 450T press, the fifth production line in chronological order, sees the reconfirmation of the choice of “made in Japan” which has always been synonymous with the guarantee of electrical components; this prodigy of mechanics combined with electronics accelerates production, making it more flexible and timely at the same time, in the face of the ever-increasing demand for supports, without sacrificing energy savings and the safety of the workstations on the press.

The press could not do without automation: here comes the Cartesian manipulator of the latest generation, the Compact 3, who supports his brother the Compact 1 mounted on the hybrid press NB 250T again in 2018. This concentrate of technology boasts a robotic device equipped with mechanical arms with high-precision movements, which relentlessly pick up the molded items from inside the press, placing them on the conveyor belt that runs at operator height, preventing human presence near machines in action.

This completes it automation of production, making assembly and packaging much faster and processing extremely safe.

The investment of this first round is completed by thecentralized suction / transport system, functional to the automatic distribution of polypropylene to the various presses, to protect the order and cleanliness of the entire production sector, as well as the safety of the operators: polypropylene, therefore, through the suction unit connected to the different pipes of the plant, reaches the presses using a single storage point, thus eliminating the manual handling and deposit of bags of raw material near each press.
